Shopping Terms and Conditions
- Product ordering via the sixstreet payment gateway can be done daily, 24 hours a day. Our customer service is ready to assist you (Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 24:00 WIB). For orders placed on Sundays/Holidays and outside operational hours, orders will enter the queue and be processed on the next business day.
- Every order will be charged a service fee per transaction according to the total purchase amount.
- We do not accept requests for product details if the information provided on the website is deemed sufficiently complete. If you require a clearer photo, please request it from our customer service. We require approximately 1-2 days to send photos, and we reserve the right to refuse your request.
- Transactions made through the site will be confirmed via email.
- Product prices and shipping services are subject to change according to sixstreet policy without prior notice.

- Your order will be processed during working days and hours according to the existing queue.
- All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days, though it is possible that orders will be handed over to the courier on the same day. To calculate the total delivery time, the courier’s shipping time must also be considered.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors or force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, riots, etc.
